Welcome to Studio ATK! I want you to have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Below you’ll find all the important details about ordering, shipping, returns, and downloads. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. 💛

🛒 Orders & Payments

    • All payments are processed securely through PayPal and Stripe.

    • Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

    • Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.

📦 Shipping (Physical Products) & Processing Time

    • Processing time: Orders are usually shipped within 2–5 business days.

    • For customized products, processing times may be longer to allow for the creation of your macramé piece.

    • Custom Orders: Depending on size and complexity, custom macramé items may take up to 1–2 weeks to create before shipping. I’ll confirm the estimated timeline with you when you place your order.

    • Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

    • Please ensure your shipping address is correct — I’m not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address.

    • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

    • For faster shipping, please contact me for a quote.

🧵 Digital Downloads (Tutorials & Patterns)

    • Digital products are available for instant download once payment is confirmed.

    • No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.

    • Due to the nature of digital files, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

    • All macrame patterns from Studio ATK are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws, prohibiting unauthorized duplication, sale, or distribution.

🧾 Intellectual Property & Pattern Use

    • All macrame patterns and tutorials from Studio ATK are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute the digital files, tutorials, or instructions in any form.

    • Purchasing a pattern grants you a personal license to use it for your own projects and learning.

    • You’re welcome to sell finished products made using Studio ATK patterns, as long as you include credit such as:
      “Made with a pattern from www.thestudioatk.com”

    • Mass production, teaching the pattern as your own in workshops, or redistributing the instructions is strictly prohibited.

    • For larger-scale commercial use (e.g., wholesale, workshops, or brand collaborations), please contact me to discuss a licensing agreement.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges (Physical Products)

I stand behind my work and want you to enjoy your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, I’ll happily replace it at no cost once proper documentation (e.g. photos) is provided.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges:

    • Contact me within 14 days of delivery.

    • Dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery.

Cancellations:

    • Please contact me within 3 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel.

Exceptions:
Because of the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Custom or personalized orders.

    • Digital downloads.

    • Items on sale.

Please note: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

🚫 Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so I can assist you.
If your package is marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier but you have not received it, please contact your local post office first to check for delivery issues or misplacement.
I cannot be responsible for items lost due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, I’ll be happy to work with you to find a solution — such as a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

All Studio ATK macrame items are intended for decorative use only.
They are not toys and should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
Macrame products are not designed to support weight or to be used as climbing, hanging, or safety equipment.
Studio ATK is not responsible for injuries, damage, or accidents caused by improper use or installation of the products.
