Studio ATK offers digital tutorials, downloadable macrame patterns, DIY kits, and handmade physical products. These Terms govern your access to our website and your purchase or use of our products and content.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this page.

2. Eligibility

To make a purchase, you must be:

  • Providing accurate and complete information.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted.
We reserve the right to modify product prices, descriptions, or availability at any time without notice.

We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, but variations may occur due to monitor settings or handmade differences.

4. Payments

We accept payments securely through PayPal and Stripe.
Your order is confirmed only once full payment is received.
By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the selected payment method.

5. Digital Products

Upon payment, digital items (tutorials, patterns, or guides) are available for instant download.
All digital products are non-refundable due to their nature.

You may:

  • Use purchased patterns for personal use.

  • Sell finished macramé pieces made using Studio ATK patterns with credit given (e.g., “Made with a pattern from www.thestudioatk.com”).

You may not:

  • Share, copy, or resell the digital file or instructions.

  • Claim the pattern as your own.

  • Use the pattern for mass production or workshops without written permission.

6. Physical Products

Each macramé item is handmade and may have slight variations.
Processing time for ready-made products is usually 2–5 business days.
Custom orders may take longer depending on complexity, and the estimated time will be confirmed before purchase.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and any customs duties or import taxes.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Please refer to our Shop Policy for detailed information on returns and exchanges.

In summary:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, except for custom, sale, or digital items, which are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations must be requested within 3 hours of purchase.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photos, videos, designs, and tutorials — is the exclusive property of Studio ATK and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of our content without written permission.
Limited permission is granted to share product images or links for non-commercial promotion (e.g., social media) with proper credit to Studio ATK.

9. Limitation of Liability

Studio ATK takes great care in providing quality products and tutorials, but we cannot be held responsible for issues beyond our control.

We are not liable for:

  • Any damages or injuries caused by improper use of our products or tutorials.

  • Delays, losses, or damages that happen while your order is with the shipping carrier.

  • Technical problems, errors, or interruptions that may occur on our website.

In any case, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the item or service in question.

All macrame pieces from Studio ATK are handmade decorative items and are not toys.
Please keep them out of reach of children and pets, especially items that include cords, wooden beads, or hanging parts.

We use trusted third-party providers such as PayPal, Stripe, MailerLite, and our website host to process payments, deliver emails, and manage site functions. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Quebec, Canada.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the website if we suspect fraudulent activity, policy abuse, or violation of these Terms.
