color: #000000;\">This Macrame coaster is made using the Square Knot and Alternating Square Knots, two of the most classic and versatile macrame knots.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1637\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times; color: #000000;\">The Square knot is one of the first knots most Macrame makers learn. It&#8217;s simple, sturdy, and creates a beautiful flat pattern that works in all kinds of projects, from wall hangings to keychains and coasters.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1637\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times; color: #000000;\">The Alternating Square knot builds on the same idea, but adds more movement and texture. By offsetting the knots in each row, you create a soft woven look that gives the coaster a balanced, even surface.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1637\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times; color: #000000;\">I love how these knots can come together to form something so timeless and cozy.
